Dresden captured my heart and changed my life the moment I set foot in it on a sunny day in March 2009. Dresden's legendary rising- from -the- ashes story resonated with my own and filled me with hope at a time when I needed to begin afresh. More than 15 years later my fascination and admiration for the city still endures. I look forward to revealing the many sides of this multi-faceted city to you.
I am a licensed as a guide by IHK (The Chamber of Industry & Commerce) for the city of Dresden and have continued to learn so as to deepen my knowledge. I am qualified to guide in the Royal Palace and New Green Vault, The Old Masters Gallery, Meissen Manufaktur, Schloss and Garden Pillnitz and the Stasi Memorial. Did I study history while at University? I am asked this by many of my guests. No, I have a post graduate degree in psychology and find a deep connection between psychology and history. I have been very fortunate to find colleagues equally passionate about Dresden and about delivering high quality tours. When not running these tours, we are likely to be found researching, reading and developing new ones. This has given rise to a smorgasbord of possible tours for you to choose from. Meet the team! |
